DISCLAIMER:

• Please know that all content recorded/created is still OWNED BY VIDEOGRAPHER. The rights to the end product is always available for purchase, but limited to the client only.

• All content will be sent via Google Drive to the client’s provided email and will be available to download.

• We reserve the right to post any content shot/created by us.

• Unless described in the detailed overview, Set Design will not be included in your booking. Client is responsible for providing furniture, greenery, couch decorations, etc.

• We don’t accept deposits, any pre-payment is a retainer fee and are non-refundable due to client stipulations.

• By booking with us, you are confirming that you have read all the way through the Terms & Conditions , Liability Waiver , and the Model Release Form. You understand by booking with us, you (as the booking party) hereby acknowledge and agree to ALL terms set forth in those documents.
